By accessing kaibabrisk.com or utilizing our automated scanning tools, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.

2. Nature of Service

Kaibab AI Risk & Governance provides automated, probabilistic risk assessments based on algorithmic and digital governance analysis.

  • Not Legal Advice: Our scores, reports, summaries, and structural evaluations are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial counsel, or a guarantee of immunity from regulatory enforcement or third-party audits. You must consult with qualified legal counsel regarding your specific risk posture.
  • Accuracy Limitations: While we strive for high-fidelity technical analysis, AI-assisted evaluations are probabilistic and based solely on the specific data available at the exact time of the scan. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output.

3. Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Using the Kaibab Risk Scanner to perform automated bulk-scraping, denial-of-service stress testing, or "competitive stalking" of other businesses or domains.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, manipulate, or bypass the security perimeters of the Kaibab Evaluation Engine or the Kaibab AI Marketing Nexus (KAIMN) architecture.
  • Submitting fraudulent, manipulated, or intentionally misleading documentation for the purpose of skewing an automated Kaibab Governance Evaluation.

4. Limitation of Liability

The services and tools provided by Kaibab AI Risk & Governance are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaibab AI Risk & Governance, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any regulatory penalties incurred by the user based on the results, use, or inability to use a Kaibab Risk scan, report, or evaluation. The user assumes all legal and operational risk for their own AI implementation, web infrastructure, and internal governance.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform architecture, the "Kaibab Risk Assessed" digital design marks, the native Evaluation Engine logic, the underlying database schemas, and all proprietary content and layouts generated by the KAIMN remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kaibab AI Risk & Governance. Users are granted no rights to duplicate, sell, or license our proprietary technology or brand assets.
